1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tallyn (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of Service

Tallyn is a business management tool intended for lawful commercial use. You agree not to use the Service to engage in any illegal activity, to distribute harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or to use the Service in a way that disrupts other users' access.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. Each account is for a single business entity; you may not share accounts or transfer them without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 24 months.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply mid-billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

Tallyn and all associated technology, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Tallyn Ltd. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
